World Generation

100+ new biomes overhaul the Overworld

Completely overhauls the Overworld with over 100 new biomes — volcanic mountains, scarlet crags, lush highlands, fractured savannahs, and more. Integrates naturally with vanilla biomes so everything feels cohesive.

What to expect

  • Dramatically more varied landscapes when exploring
  • New cave systems and surface formations
  • Terrain that's genuinely exciting to explore — you'll want to keep moving
  • All biomes are still vanilla-compatible (no new blocks required)
💡 If you're building a base, take your time scouting — there are incredible locations waiting to be found.

Transforms The End into stunning terrain

Transforms The End from a mostly empty void into a stunning, eerie landscape full of terrain variety. Towering obsidian pillars, floating island clusters, shadowy voids, and dramatic environments throughout the outer End islands.

What to expect

  • A much more interesting End to explore after defeating the dragon
  • Diverse outer island terrain instead of flat endstone expanses
  • The End actually feels worth visiting

Full 256-block Nether height

Dramatically expands the Nether's vertical space to a full 256 blocks of height (instead of 128). Lava seas stretch further below, ceilings tower overhead, and the whole dimension feels grander and more dangerous.

What to expect

  • Much larger Nether caves and terrain
  • A more intense, immersive hellscape
  • Exploration feels riskier and more rewarding

Hand-crafted structures in all dimensions

What to expect

  • New structures scattered across the Overworld, Nether, and End
  • Structures that fit each biome's aesthetic
  • Extra loot and exploration opportunities
  • Structory Towers adds tall, distinct tower landmarks

Performance & Visuals

Shader loader for realistic lighting & visuals

A shader loader that allows you to use GLSL shaders for dramatically improved visual quality — realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, and more. Several shaders come pre-loaded.

  3. To disable, select "No Shaders" from the list

Adding custom shaders

  • Download a shader pack (.zip) from a trusted source (e.g., Modrinth, CurseForge)
  • Place it in your shaderpacks folder (.minecraft/shaderpacks/)
  • It will appear in the shader selection menu automatically
